If your child has a current NDIS plan, please advise us if your child's plan is self-managed or plan-managed so that invoices can be forwarded to your plan manager for payment.

If your child's plan is self-managed, you will be issued with an invoice on the day of service. Please pay via Eftpos (for clinic appointments) or via direct deposit within  7days. *Payment details for direct deposit will be on your invoice.

Please let us know if you plan to make a claim from your private health insurance and we will ensure the appropriate item number is included on your invoice.

If you are accessing therapy support under a care plan issued by your doctor, you will be entitled to a partial rebate from Medicare(of approx. $63.00) for up to 5 appointments per calendar year. *Your therapist or local doctor will be able to provide further information about your child's eligibility for Medicare rebates.
